Only the best, carefully selected, handpicked grapes from the best Merlot bunches reach the winery where they are smoothly de-stemmed and crushed. Once in the conical “balseiro” fermenting tanks, they stay for one month - from picking to pressing - fermenting with pump-overs and a long maceration.

This ravishing, velvety-textured red strikes an ideal balance between meaty, almost iron-rich hints and a juicy, plummy character, emblematic of the varietal.
