A top star domaine. Yves Cuilleron took over the reins as the 4^th generation vigneron in 1987. He is based in Chavanay, just south of Condrieu and has built up a formidable reputation in recent years.

A single-plot cuvée, harvested at its peak of ripeness and hand-sorted with meticulous care; then, after pressing, fermented with native yeasts and inoculated with malolactic bacteria in barrels and large vessels, all under controlled temperature. Aged for 6-7 months on lees in barrel and cask.

Tasting Note: Luxuriously fleshy and indulgent, this Viognier flaunts a typical aroma of ripe yellow fruits with a delightful hint of violet. Its palate exudes juiciness and freshness, culminating in an exquisite, zesty finish.
