Called "the champagne of Irish Whiskey" this Writers Tears from husband and wife duo Bernard and Rosemary Walsh combines malted and unmalted barley, distilled three times in a copper pot still. Matured in ex-Bourbon barrels, this smooth and gorgeous whiskey offers flashes of apple, lemon, honey and vanilla, with a ginger spice and nutty milk chocolate finish.
