2020 Domaine Jean-Paul Balland Sancerre
Tasting Note: A fantastic, characterful Sancerre with aromas of quince, fresh herbs and lemon zest. The crisp palate follows with through with flavours of pear, peach and citrus notes. This has more guts than your average Sancerre and pairs beautifully with the Chavignol goat’s cheese from the same region.
