2021 Bodega Son Vich Supernins Montanegro

£22.00

A wine that's a homage to the 'Supernins'. The vine growers, farmers, olive growers, livestock farmers, and charcoal burners who inhabited the Superna Valley for centuries.

It is the result of ancestral work and the search for balance and depth.

“Ses Terrases” is situated 400 metres above sea level. It is the highest altitude Mantonegro on the island and therefore in the world. This is why the grape works to achieve a fresh, deep colour, with an intense aroma.

It is vinified for 45 days with its skins and with no interventions, and then it is pressed. It remains in its lees until the day before it is bottled. Gently filtered.

Tasting Note: Intense cherry colour. On the nose, jams of red and black fruits, cherry, spices and minerals. Tobacco notes, smoked and vanilla. Voluminous and velvety. It emphasises the balance and depth of the Mantonegro cultivated at altitude.

Origin: Majorca, Spain

Blend: Mantonegro
