2021 Larame Fippiane Arneis Metodo Classico

Tenuta Laramè’s 2021 Fippiane Roero Arneis DOCG Metodo Classico Pas Dosé is a sparkling tribute to the Roero hills of Piedmont. Made entirely from estate-grown Arneis and rested for three years on its lees, this bubbly pops with fresh, savoury charm. Its pale straw colour and lively bubbles lead to a delightfully dry finish, letting floral and hazelnut hints take center stage. Rooted in Fippiane’s heritage, it’s a playful sparkler ready to brighten any celebration effortlessly.

Winemaking: After primary fermentation in stainless steel, the wine underwent bottling with selected yeasts for second fermentation. It matured sur lies for 36 months before disgorgement à la glacée, with no sugar added prior to corking, and a final rest of at least four months in the bottle.

Pairing Suggestions: Ideal with shellfish or sushi, it also complements saffron scented risottos, porcini mushroom dishes, San Daniele raw ham or tangy goat’s cheeses for a truly Piedmontese experience.

Tasting Note: This sparkling gem shines with a pale straw yellow hue and releases inviting scents of toasted bread crust, juicy pear, and faded white flowers, all wrapped up in a subtle hazelnut hug.
