A radiant expression of white Grenache, Troballa Blanca is a vibrant, organic wine that captures the essence of The Artists’ Vineyard and the rugged Catalan landscape.
This wine is crafted from hand-harvested grapes grown organically in a single vineyard. After a cold pre-maceration of six hours, spontaneous fermentation begins. The wine is transferred to concrete eggs before fermentation completes, where it matures for four months, adding depth and texture.
Pairing Suggestions: Perfect with rice dishes, pasta, fish, white meats, or soft cheeses.
Tasting Note: Enticing aromas of aromatic herbs and ripe white fruits lead to a bold, unctuous palate. Structured and rustic, with a charming character and lingering finish.
