Winemaking for this vintage highlights precision and care. Grapes were picked during the cool evenings to preserve their vibrant aromatics. Fermentation occurred at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks with cultured yeast, ensuring the fruit's freshness shone through. Extended lees contact post-fermentation added complexity, texture, and length, resulting in a wine with remarkable structure and a lingering finish.
