2023 J. Mourat Collection Rosé
The 'Owl' rosé is a firm favourite at Caviste.
From vines with a little age, to promote a deeper character, the wine is fresh and fruity, and unmistakably delicious. Like all previous vintages it will become a pink hit for drinkers in Hampshire and beyond.
Tasting Note: This exudes sophistication and elegance with a bright and refreshing burst of flavour. Aromas of crushed cherry, watermelon, and herb. On the palate, indulge in the fleshy texture and intense notes of cherry, wild strawberry, and raspberry. Dry, fruity, and a wine that we've waited far too long to have back.

Blend: Pinot Noir, Gamay Cabernet Franc, Négrette
