Natural sweet wine from Pedro Ximénez grapes that have been sun-dried, oxidatively aged, then aged for 30 years using the traditional solera and criaderas system.
Tasting Note: This Pedro Ximénez has an intense mahogany colour and a tremendously aromatic nose, with notes of raisined fruits. Very sweet, velvety, enveloping palate with an outstanding balance between acidity and sugar.
