2010 Cousino Macul Late Harvest
This Late Harvest follows the elegant trend of Cousiño Macul. It is a selection of the best Riesling vineyards, taking advantage of its rich acidity to balance its own sweetness and using new French oak that perfectly complements its fruitiness.
Produced using premium Riesling grapes, which are harvested manually and carefully selected. The grapes are frozen for 3 months to concentrate sugars, then slowly fermented in new French oak barrels for 16 months to gain complexity. The result is a dense, honey-like juice with a high sugar content and rich aromas.
Tasting Note: An intense golden colour and aromas of orange peel, citrus marmalade, raisins, papaya, chamomile, and honey. On the palate, it is sweet and balanced by the high acidity typical of Riesling, with minerality, subtle tannins, and a complex, toasted fruity finish. Enjoy this rich and long-lasting taste experience.
