A rare, rich and complex well aged wine from Bulgaria, containing a blend of indigenous grapes alongside the familiar Cabernet Sauvignon. The 2015 Cherno is a fantastic alternative suggestion to your habitual Sunday lunch claret.

Cabernet Sauvignon & Mavrud collaborate for 9 months in Bulgarian oak barrels giving the wine a warming dark ruby hue.

Tasting Note: Rich & intense notes of blackberries, plums, forest fruits, spices, vanilla, and velvety dark chocolate leap from the glass. Generous, fruity, and juicy on the palate, with pronounced but delicate tannins leading to a long, lingering finish.
