All fruit is estate grown, hand picked and undergoes repeated manual selection.

Tasting Note: Black cherries, plums, subtle herbaceousness, nuances of pine needle, blueberry and spearmint with hints of cedar wood and pencil shavings. Soft, voluptuous mouth feel, integrated tannins.
