2020 Domaine Lional Faury Côte Rôtie 'Trois Brunes'
Lionel Faury has elevated his 17 hectare family domaine to the top tier, offering outstanding wines at excellent value.
His passion for his craft shines through in his wines.
Grapes are hand-harvested in 50 kg boxes and vinified separately to capture the unique characteristics of each terroir. Aging in demi-muids for 18 to 20 months, followed by a month-long assembly. The wines are bottled without filtration.
Tasting Note: Comprehensive olfactory landscape of both red and dark fruits (raspberry, blackcurrant) united with floral notes (notably violet) which mature into aromatic spices. This fusion of complex notes yields a remarkable gustatory delight.
