Jefferson Cuvée Pinot Noir is made primarily from Cristom's renowned estate single vineyards - Eileen, Jessie, Louise, Marjorie, and Paul Gerrie Vineyard - as well as from some of their best partner vineyards. This variety brings unique characteristics to the Mt. Jeff (lovingly referred to as such) due to the differing volcanic soils, elevations, and aspects.
