This 2022 Les Champs d’Argent is an elegant Côte d’Or Pinot Noir from Vosne?Romanée, showcasing vibrant red and black fruit, fresh structure and fine tannins for graceful ageing.
The grapes from a 0.35 ha parcel on clay?limestone soils are hand?harvested, sorted, fully destemmed, and open?vat fermented with native yeasts. Regular pigeage and an 18?month élevage in French oak (10% new) impart depth without masking Pinot’s finesse. The wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered to preserve its pure expression.
Les Champs d’Argent shines for its classic Vosne?Romanée profile: bright cherry, cassis and blueberry aromas lead to a fresh, structured palate with supple tannins and a lingering, elegant finish.
