All of their beers are produced from regional ingredients and are brewed 1000 meters above sea level. Their seven water sources around the brewery, and hops from Tettnang and Hallertau, help create the unique taste of Rothaus beer.
Tasting Note: The initial freshness is immediately replaced by a full-bodied, creamy feeling and a gentle note of bread and hops.
