Limited to 1,109 bottles and presented at natural cask strength, this 100% English rye celebrates regenerative farming and heritage grains while delivering a dessert-like, maritime-tinged richness.

Fielden #16 stands apart for its rare mashbill and dramatic cask story: three quarters heritage landrace rye grown in Oxfordshire combined with floor-malted rye from Warminster Maltings creates a textured, spiced backbone, while the coastal Oloroso solera cask imparts Atlantic minerality and deep, nutty Oloroso sweetness.
