2019 Bodega Sottano JUDAS Blend
Situated in the picturesque foothills of the Andes Mountains, in Perdriel, in Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza, Argentina. It presides over two hectares of land, including 15,000 square meters of landscaping using only native species.
Bodegas Sottano "JUDAS" is the estate's top wine.
A blend of Cabernet, Malbec and Syrah, each varietal is fermented between 25 and 40 days (depending on the grape) in new French Oak barrels before ageing for a further 24 months.
Full flavoured, yet sophisticated, the Judas Blend is a powerhouse of Argentinian elegance.
Tasting Note: It shows a great aromatic complexity given by the diversity of the terroir, whereby each characteristic of each variety adds intense aromas to the mix. The sophisticated aromatic profile of this wine gets fruity, floral and mineral notes that are liberated when the wine is allowed to breathe before drinking. The tannins are round and sweet, like a lingering caress, echoing the flavours perceived on the nose.
