Between Five Bells takes its name and inspiration from Kenneth Slessor’s evocative poem "Five Bells," weaving creativity and art into its winemaking. Crafted in the heart of Geelong, Australia, this boutique label is renowned for pushing boundaries and celebrating the unexpected in every bottle.

This unique amber wine begins with Pinot Gris, fermented on solids and extended with the addition of other varietals as they arrived from the vineyard. Fermentation finished on skins, with a split between French oak and clay amphora, where it remained for a total of 90 days. The result is a complex, textural wine that dances between fruit, spice, and earthy tannins.

Pairing Suggestions: Delicious with spiced roasted pumpkin, Middle Eastern mezze, crispy skin chicken, or soft-ripened cheeses like Camembert and Taleggio.
