Organic “natural” amber wine made from the Pansa Rosada and Pansa Blanca varietals.

The grapes were harvested by hand. After a light pressing to extract only the first press must, the grape skins left in contact with the juice for two months during the spontaneous fermentations in amphoras.

The shape of the amphoras enables the free movement of the lees, thus providing a “natural bâtonnage ” to build tannin and depth of flavour.

No sulphites or any other products are added throughout the process.

Tasting Note: Amber colour with golden hues. Consistent and powerful aroma - characteristic of the skin-fermented white wine - hints of fennel and citrus (tangerine peel). Unctuous and aromatic wine with saline notes, good acidity and a fresh, well-balanced and long aftertaste.
