The winemaking is a masterclass in patience and care. After hand-sorting and gentle de-stemming, the grapes are vinified with natural yeasts. The must is thoughtfully pumped over twice daily before being aged in oak barrels for 10 to 15 months, resulting in a wine with depth, balance, and silky tannins that evolve beautifully over time.

Tasting Note: A perfect balance of red and black fruits, enhanced by a distinctive earthy minerality. Medium-bodied with refined tannins. Elegant and well-balanced, featuring lovely freshness that lingers on the finish.
