This terroir is based on a subsoil that is made up of calcareous marl of the Argovian Jura. Aged in oak for 12-15 months.

Tasting Note: Vermillion red hue of depth and softness. Subtle nose with aromas of raspberry, blackberry, and violet. In the mouth, tannins offer an entertaining combination of delicacy, elegance, nobility, finesse, and softness.

Les Parcellaires de Saulx is a haute-couture wine company located in Meursault which was created in September 2017 on the foundations of a century-old house of wine located in the same premises. It enjoys a privileged location with an outstanding view over the vineyards of Meursault and Puligny-Montrachet, as it is located at the end of the first of these villages without any building in front of the view. In addition, it can be proud of its beautiful and extensive historic cellars of more than 1500 square metres, which ensure that wines are produced, aged and stored in perfect conditions. Les Parcellaires de Saulx sells around 30 appellations produced on the most prestigious terroirs of Burgundy, from Côte de Beaune to Côte de Nuits, from village appellations to grands crus.
