2016 Domaine des Carlines 'en Lya' Chardonnay
Tasting Note: Crisp green apple acidity plays around with a mild nutty mouthfeel which all ends up with an pleasing sourdough finish. This Chardonnay spends 12 to 15 months in old French oak which gives an incredible mouthfeel and ever so slight Jura-esqu oxiditive notes. This wine has the perfect attributes to cut through the rich cheeses of a Fondue or Raclette.
