2018 Warramate Chardonnay
Bright lemon citrus peel with orange blossom fragrance, predominantly citrus focused with a little saline moorish edge. The fruit shines through from the warmth of the vintage but the acidity of the region keeps it focused and long. Only French oak is used with 20% being new barrels, the balance a mixture of older barrels, maturation time of only 9 months before bottling.
