This Blanc de Blancs méthode-traditionnelle is made from 100% Chardonnay to produce a sparkling wine of finesse and freshness.

Tasting Note: Pale straw in colour with a soft green hue, this wine has a fine mousse and persistent bead. Aromas of green apple and hints of lemon curd are complemented by balanced mineral acidity and mouthfeel which is accompanied by a textural and complex palate.
