Produced organically and biodynamically, the Drouhin family ensures every glass of Clos des Mouches Blanc expresses the true essence of its terroir. Hand-harvested grapes are meticulously sorted, slowly pressed, and aged in French oak for up to 18 months. With a wonderful aging potential, this 2022 vintage is a perfect blend of floral finesse and vibrant minerality.

Tasting Note: With its pale yellow hue, the Clos des Mouches Blanc reveals a captivating floral nose, bursting with white lilac and rose. On the palate, it opens up to layers of ripe citrus, grilled hazelnut, and almond, and as it matures, enticing notes of white truffle, honey, and nutmeg emerge. This is a Chardonnay that has both the finesse of a Bâtard-Montrachet and the strength of a Corton-Charlemagne, offering a beautifully balanced, full-bodied experience with a mineral finish.
