The 2020 Chardonnay from Cristom's Eola-Amity Hills features Paul Gerrie Vineyard at an impressive 800ft, characterised by strong winds and volcanic soils. These distinct terroir components contribute to the structural integrity and dynamic phenolics of the wine. Additionally, the Seven Springs and Von Oehson Vineyards provide ample body, weight, and length.
