Dellchen is a vineyard reborn. Awakened from decades of slumber by the Dönnhoff family, it now shines as a Grosses Gewächs site, Germany's highest classification for dry wines. The steep terraced slopes are a geological wonder, their soils of slate and volcanic porphyry lending a salty elegance and precision to this dazzling Riesling.

Grapes from the 15–45-year-old vines are hand-harvested in multiple passes, ensuring only the finest make it into the press. Fermentation and maturation take place in traditional oak barrels and stainless steel, followed by extended ageing on full lees and fine lees. This meticulous care produces a Riesling of unparalleled finesse and longevity.
