In the chalk downs of Hampshire lies Coates and Seely Vineyard and winery where, since 2006, they've been growing Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes for their sparkling wines.
A delightfully pale, salmon pink colour, made wholly from Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes and lees-aged for 2 to 2 ½ years. A winner of Gold and Silver Medals in numerous international wine competitions, it is specially crafted for celebration, parties and romance.
Tasting Note: Just the faintest touch of summer red fruit, tense cherry and summer blossom, inviting and attractive. The palate is a fine balance of ripe succulent fruit and fragile nervous acidity which carries the elegance of the wine very well. Seamless and incredibly drinkable.
