The 2023 Domaine Pouderoux Maury is a luscious, vibrant sweet wine that perfectly captures the essence of Grenache Noir. Bursting with ripe fruit and crafted with care, it’s an indulgent treat that balances richness, freshness, and finesse.
This organic-certified wine is made exclusively from hand-harvested Grenache Noir, grown on steep, black schist slopes. After careful sorting, the grapes undergo a 20-day maceration with “mutage sur grains” to retain vibrant fruit flavours. A short maturation in stainless steel preserves its freshness and energy, before being bottled in harmony with the lunar calendar.
Tasting Note: Deep garnet with dark reflections, the nose is alive with black cherries and ripe blackberries. The palate is generous and juicy, balanced by a vibrant freshness and subtle sweetness.
