The 2024 Vieille Tour Provence Rosé is a classic salmon?pink Côtes de Provence wine, marrying delicate wild strawberry aromas with a crisp, structured palate.
Hand?harvested Grenache, Syrah, and Cinsault from the sandstone?clay vineyards are gently pressed (‘rosé de presse’) and fermented at ?16 °C in stainless steel to preserve purity. A short lees contact adds subtle texture without compromising freshness. The wine is bottled swiftly to capture its bright fruit and floral signature.
Les Cerisiers stands out for its blend of Provençal tradition and modern precision, offering remarkable balance and gastronomic versatility.
