The 2022 Vermentino di Gallura “Solianu” embodies the spirit of Gallura’s wind-sculpted granite hills and Mediterranean maquis.

Hand-harvested grapes from 400m-high terraces ferment in stainless steel, preserving the variety’s hallmark freshness. Power and finesse unite in this Vermentino, making it an essential choice for those seeking Sardinia’s purest white wine expression.

Winemaking: After gentle pressing and static clarification, free-run musts ferment at controlled temperatures in steel vats, followed by multiple rackings before a brief ageing period to enhance texture and aromatic lift.

Pairing Suggestions: Perfect with grilled sea bass, seafood pasta or lemon-drizzled shellfish dishes.

Tasting Note: This straw-yellow wine offers a fragrant bouquet of white flowers, green apple and wet stone. The palate is intense yet crisp, with citrus zest, saline minerality and a persistent finish of almond and herbaceous notes.
