Winemaking: Hand-picked Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc grapes underwent a gentle cold soak before a 13–15 day maceration in stainless steel vats. The wine completed malolactic fermentation in barrel, then aged for 23 months in 75% French oak barriques and 25% tonneaux, with regular rackings to maintain clarity and finesse.
