Azienda Agricola La Battistina sits on the highest ridge in the Comune di Gavi, part of Araldica’s renowned 26 ha holdings. The “Nuovo Quadro” parcel (just 5 ha of chalky, limestone?rich soil) produces Cortese grapes of exceptional purity.

Grapes are hand?harvested in mid?September, gently crushed and fermented at controlled temperatures in small stainless?steel tanks. The wine remains on its fine lees for up to six months, gaining texture and aromatic complexity before final filtration and bottling.
