This Nero d’Avola is a deeply coloured, organic red that showcases Sicily’s signature black grape with ripe berry intensity and elegant, lingering finish.

Hand?harvested grapes are de?stemmed and cold?soaked before fermentation in stainless steel at 24–26 °C. After gentle maceration, the wine is pressed, then aged briefly on lees to round tannins and enhance balance.
