2024 Lethbridge Estate Riesling
Sourced from a single cool climate vineyard in the King Valley. Wild fermented partially in large format oak with the remainder in wild fermented in stainless steel, the ferment is kept cool to retain delicate aromatics. Extended aging on lees to increase complexity before bottling with a touch of residual to balance the high natural acidity.
Tasting Note: Ripe, juicy, and brimming with lime, Granny Smith apple, melon, and passion fruit flavours, with a subtle hint of spring blossom. An opulent and lively palate is framed with mouth-watering acidity, resulting in a rich mouthfeel. Over time, this wine will develop further aromas of spices and dried fruit.
