Crafted using traditional methods, this Crémant is made from Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc grapes, hand-harvested at peak ripeness. A slow, cool fermentation is followed by three years of ageing on the lees, resulting in a creamy texture and refined character.
Pairing Suggestions: Pair with creamy fish dishes and goat cheese salads; great on its own as an apperitif.
Tasting Note: Delicate floral and citrus aromas lead to a palate of crisp apple and almond notes, underpinned by fine bubbles and a creamy finish.
