The 2016 vintage is crafted from hand-harvested grapes, sorted with precision to highlight the best of the estate’s Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon. Fermented in stainless steel vats for optimal temperature control, the wine was aged for 14 months - 60% in new oak barrels and 40% in one-wine barrels - allowing for a perfect balance of fruit, structure, and elegance.

Pairing Suggestions: Perfect with roasted lamb, duck breast, mushroom risotto, or aged Comté.
