The nuances of the Colli Orientali del Friuli are perfectly represented by the Martagona line. Each wine in the range expresses the variety of fragrances and aromas of the areas rich and diversified land.

According to some, the word “Schioppettino” indicates the sparkling wine fizzing in the bottle (bottled young, it completed the malolactic fermentation in the bottle, thus becoming slightly fizzy). For others, it refers to the grapes that are very fleshy and crunchy and seem to pop in your mouth when you eat them.

Tasting Note: Bright red wine with violet hue nuances. It is characterised by a typical bouquet of berries, wild blackberry, raspberry and blueberry. The taste is full and warm, full-bodied, with elegant tannins.
