2020 Moorooduc Robinson Pinot Noir
Made from selected fruit from a vineyard on the Old Moorooduc Road, owned by Hugh and Isabelle Robinson.
Hand harvested - 100% destemmed - 100% wild yeast primary fermentation - 20 days total on skins - natural malolactic fermentation in barrel - 15 months in French oak, 20% new - no fining and no filtration.
Tasting Note: Vivid hue, accompanied by fragrant notes of rose and violet, with delicate strawberry and red cherry on the nose. Its palate is distinguished by a zesty combination of red cherry and raspberry, resulting in a long, crisp and juicy taste, crowned with a mouth-watering red fruit acidity.
