Odessos, one of Bulgaria's new wave of wineries, is located in the vibrant city of Varna on the Black Sea coast. Established in 2016 by brothers Georgi and Vladislav Vankov, Odessos boasts a groundbreaking, modern concept that sets it apart in the wine industry. Drawing on their extensive experience gained at prestigious wineries in Australia, New Zealand, and Chile, the Vankov brothers envisioned creating one of Bulgaria's first urban wineries.

Winemaking runs deep in the Vankov family, and Odessos is a natural continuation of this legacy. The brothers' global experience taught them that the most critical element for exceptional wine is its terroir. This insight inspired their winery's motto and philosophy: to pursue and present their unique interpretation of the Northern Black Sea region.
