Château Lafont Menaut is a jewel in Bordeaux’s left bank sub-region Pessac-Léognan. Steeped in history, this estate was once owned by the celebrated philosopher and vintner, Baron de Montesquieu, in the 18th century. Today, under the stewardship of Philibert Perrin, also owner of Château Carbonnieux, the estate has been lovingly rejuvenated. Its vineyards flourish on natural gravel mounds, drained by the Menaut stream, where vines thrive to produce wines of remarkable elegance and depth.
