Matured in ex-Bourbon and 1st Fill Spanish Sherr Oak barrels for 25 long slow years, this is a woody, leathery, plush feeling whisky, which surprises with the freshness of fruit. Indulgent apricot jam, oily orange zest, chocolate praline, polished leather and wood; A full bodied, luscious palate, with gentle tobacco leaf, and a warming, smooth finish with chocolate and blood orange.
