In 2015, a legendary year in Piedmont, Alessio’s curiosity led him to explore a new path alongside Cabanè Langhe. He dreamed of a wine with a warmer character and softer tannins — a rustic heart wrapped in an international spirit. That dream became Sibanè.
Tasting Note: Deep ruby in colour with violet reflections, Sibanè invites you with aromas of plum, black pepper, and black currant. On the palate, it reveals its full personality: generous, enveloping, and perfectly balanced, combining the authenticity of Langhe with a cosmopolitan charm.
