Marco Porello Birbet is a delightful, lightly sparkling red wine made from Piedmont’s aromatic Brachetto grapes. It’s a wine for those who love vibrant, fun, approachable flavours, and a lower alcohol option.

This Birbet is crafted from hand-harvested Brachetto grapes grown in sandy-clay soils. After a short maceration at cool temperatures, the must undergoes a gentle re-fermentation in pressure vats to retain its natural effervescence. With a residual sugar level of 100–120 g/l and a mere 5% ABV, it’s a light and fruit-forward wine that captures the essence of Piedmont’s winemaking traditions.

Pairing Suggestions: Perfect with berry tarts, panna cotta, fruit puddings, or even as a refreshing pairing with appetisers and soft cheeses.
