The natural ripeness and generosity of the vintage is so well bound together by the natural acidity that you will want to keep some bottles for another few years, because this wine will go on and on. And all this for the price of a cheap non-vintage Champagne. This wine is so much the superior.”

Hattingley Valley

From its birth as a farm diversification project back in 2008, Hattingley has grown to become one of the leading wineries in the UK, based in rural Hampshire (just down the round from Caviste!).

The Robinson family made their initial steps in 2008 by planting the first vineyard on some of the farmland, but had no idea that it would lead to where it has, today.

Now, their site has a purpose-built, eco-friendly winery, that was constructed under the guidance of their Head Winemaker and Director, Emma Rice.

They are serious - and seriously good - winemakers, but they love to have a little fun , so expect the unexpected, embrace the unconventional, throw off the shackles of tradition and try the remarkable wines of Hattingley Valley.
