2021 Les Parcellaires de Saulx Morey-Saint-Denis
Facing east, this terroir is comprised of limestone and clay-limestone soil of the Middle Jurassic, with white oolites at the highest point of the incline.
The wine was finished with 12-15 months in oak barrels.
Tasting Note: A vivid ruby complexion with garnet hues, the bouquet is filled with black fruit aromas such as blackcurrant and bilberry, accented by hints of stony red fruit like cherry and sloe. On the palate, is a perfect harmony between the fruit, body, and silky tannins.
