This is a 23 hectare family run domaine situated in the small village of Bernouil, close to Chablis.
Tasting Note: Elegant and precise, this Crémant de Bourgogne opens with bright citrus zest, crisp green apple and a delicate whisper of white blossom. On the palate, it is refreshingly light-footed — fine, persistent bubbles carry a subtle hint of brioche from extended lees ageing, before giving way to a clean, mineral-driven finish that lingers with quiet confidence.
