The bartender, Dick Bradsell, the man who would change the face of London cocktails forever. Vodka was all the rage back then, and luckily for Dick, Soho Brasserie’s coffee machine sat right next to the bar. So he had a lightbulb moment to combine the two, and the espresso martini was born. Made for a supermodel, invented by a cocktail king, and now recreated for you. Delightfully mellow, and deliciously sippable. But still with an unmistakable kick.
